- 1906: Foundation of AG Union in Oberdiessbach, manufacture of deep-drawn and seamed tins.
- 1934: Acquisition by Gebr. HOFFMANN based in Thun.
- 1954: Foundation of NEOPAC AG and changeover to the manufacture of plastic tubes and bottles.
- 1965: Launch of our innovation technology Polyfoil®.
- 1982: Merger of AG Union and NEOPAC to form NEOPAC AG concentrating exclusively on tube production.
- 1998: Merger of HOFFMANN and NEOPAC to form HOFFMANN NEOPAC AG.
2000: Concentration of the product range on three main areas: Pharmaceutical, dental, and cosmetics as well as systematic internationalization of the company and its activities.
2003: Start-up of the first pharmaceutical tube line (02) under clean room conditions. Launch of the smallest Polyfoil 10mm tube.
2004: The company becomes the first tube manufacturer to receive RAL pharmaceutical certification from the Pharma Verpackungen i.e. organization
2006: Systematic, continuously high investment in hygiene measures, training, rationalization and automation with a corresponding increase in productivity.
2007: Occupation of the new building in March. Two new tube lines under cleanroom conditions start operation. The company is awarded ISO 15378:2006 certification for the manufacture of primary packaging materials for pharmaceuticals.
