Two «Tube of the Year» awards for Neopac

In June 2017, the ETMA jury distinguished two Neopac tubes – in the laminate category, the Polyfoil® Twist'n'use tube won with an ergonomic cap for Bravecto, a product for MSD Animal Health. The Stylo™, the tube with a precise applicator for liquid and semi-solid cosmetics, earned first place in the prototypes category.

Premium single dosing: In order to treat cats and dogs with a solution, MSD Animal Health was looking for a packaging which had to fulfill different requirements: shelf-life of up to 24 months, as well as precise single application using ergonomic handling. The Polyfoil® Twist'n'use turned out to be the perfect solution, especially since the standard cap could be optimized further after field tests in close cooperation with the client's packaging department. The result is a cap with four wings, which means it is very tactile and makes it easy to open the tube. This is a successful example of a user-oriented collaboration between manufacturer and customer for the benefit of the consumer.

The all-rounder: We developed the Stylo™ tube especially for liquids, serums and creams, which must be precisely and accurately applied. The Stylo Liner for highly precise applications, the Stylo Pipette for accurate drops, and the Stylo Bristle for gentle application. The filling material is only released when the user turns the adapter ring, which allows the product to flow. Yet the tube remains firmly closed even when under increased pressure. Handling is intuitively clear for the user using the arrow diagram. A transparent, conical head protects the applicator against external factors.
