Certified Recycling for Polyfoil® mono-material tubes

The innovation of Neopac, Polyfoil^® MMB tubes with HDPE cap are considered as pioneer solution, as the first tube packaging technology to be certified by RecyClass. Polyfoil^® MMB tubes received the first fully product approval for tubes with final artwork including the HDPE caps that goes to HDPE streams.

Offering HDPE caps will increase the quality of the final recycled plastics, contributing to the uptake of design for recycling principles in the manufacturing of plastic packaging and to the achievement of the European recycling targets. According to the Recyclass rating methodology our fully recyclable Polyfoil^® MMB tubes received Full grade A and B classification for the metallized version from the recycler Suez Cyclos.
