Visual Ultra Lite 02. October 2025

At K 2025, Neopac to Introduce UltraLite™ Tubes with Built-in Tamper Evidence (patent pending)

Oberdiessbach/Rüti, Switzerland – Neopac Group, a global supplier of premium tubes for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and oral care, and PackSys Global, a leading provider of tube manufacturing technologies, will unveil a groundbreaking innovation at K 2025 in Düsseldorf (October 8–15, Hall 3, Booth 90).

World premiere: UltraLite™ tube

UltraLite™ is the first extruded tube to combine a compression-molded flip-top closure integrated directly into the tube body with built-in tamper-evidence (patent pending). The design achieves up to 78% plastic reduction compared to standard tubes – while ensuring product safety and strong shelf appeal.

Technical leap & sustainability

By molding the closure directly onto the extruded body, secondary assembly steps are eliminated. The result: a streamlined silhouette, reduced material use and full recyclability in existing PE streams. UltraLite™ enables brands to meet plastic reduction, CO₂ savings and regulatory requirements.

Tailored for consumer brand

The UltraLite™ platform aligns with the needs of consumer brands in beauty, OTC and oral care industries. With optional bio-based or PCR content, the tube offers further pathways to measurable sustainability claims.

Tailored for brand owners

Designed for cosmetics, OTC and oral care, UltraLite™ also offers bio-based or PCR material options – helping brand owners achieve measurable sustainability targets and strengthen market differentiation.
