Neopac Appoints New Chief Sales Officer to Strengthen Global Sales Growth

Oberdiessbach, SwitzerlandNeopac, a global provider of high-quality packaging and dosing applications for pharma, beauty and oral care, has appointed Bernd Steiner as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and member of the Executive Management Team, effective August 18, 2025. In this role, Mr. Steiner will be responsible for the strategic development and management of Neopac’s global sales activities.

With more than 30 years of experience in the plastics and packaging industries, Mr. Steiner brings a strong track record in international sales leadership, business development, and customer-focused solutions. His proven ability to drive sustainable growth and align sales strategies with evolving market demands will support Neopac’s continued global expansion.

Mr. Steiner succeeds outgoing Chief Sales Officer, Martina Christiansen, who will retire in Spring 2026. Over the past 16 years as Sales Director, Martina has played a key role in building Neopac’s presence across Europe, the US, and Asia. Her passion for the pharmaceutical tube sector, combined with her reliability and professionalism, has made a lasting contribution to the company’s success and its partnerships worldwide.
