Neopac Invests in India and Opens New Manufacturing Facility in Dadra

Oberdiessbach, Switzerland - With a new manufacturing facility in Dadra near Silvassa, Neopac is consolidating its Indian production operations at a modern, expanded site. The facility creates additional capacity for future growth while bringing production closer to customers in the Indian market.

India Continues to Gain Strategic Importance
Neopac has commenced operations at its new manufacturing facility in Dadra. Designed to support future growth, the site offers space for additional production lines as demand increases. With the new plant, the company is strengthening its position in a market that continues to see strong demand for packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and consumer goods industries.

Production Already Underway
The first production lines have been operational since September 2026. Additional equipment will be gradually relocated from Neopac’s existing facility in Silvassa to Dadra by the end of the year. Once the transition is complete, all production activities will be consolidated at the new site. Customers can expect uninterrupted supply throughout the relocation process.

Official Opening Scheduled for Late September
The new facility will be officially inaugurated on September 30, 2026, together with customers, business partners, and representatives of the Neopac Group. The investment reflects the company’s long-term strategy of manufacturing close to its customers in key growth markets.

Customer Visits Starting in 2027
Beginning in January 2027, the facility will also be open for customer visits, audits, and plant tours. The site offers modern manufacturing conditions and provides direct insight into the production of tube packaging solutions.
